Hogwarts: A History | Harry Potter Replica Books

This gorgeous book Hogwarts: A History is a full fan-made replica created by AlarmEighteen. It is sadly no longer available for purchase (due to Warner Bros. shutting it down) but I managed to grab a copy for £100. I am a sucker for replica books so I just had to have this book in my collection!

The first set of photos below shows off the beautiful cover and interior complete with a Hogwarts library card. There are 10 chapters and 286 pages in total.

The Hogwarts Tour

This chapter discusses the topic of when Hogwarts was founded and includes information of the founders themselves.

The Castle & Grounds
This chapter has many pages discussing the different locations around the school from places such as the dungeons, professor’s offices, classrooms, the kitchens, broom cupboards, courtyards, corridors, staffroom, portrait room, gardens, towers, lake, forest and many more and which floor they belong to.

The Houses of Hogwarts
Information surrounding each house along with historical members of note for each house.

Subjects & Classes
The O.W.Ls and N.E.W.Ts exams, grading system at Hogwarts, and information regarding the different classes.

Teachers & Staff
Lists all past headmasters/headmistresses and current members of staff/heads of houses as of 1974.

Spirits & Spectres
All the houses ghosts as well Peeves, Moaning Myrtle and Professor Binns

Artifacts & Heirlooms
Artifacts for each of the houses, house points hourglasses, the Great Hall enchanted ceiling, the Hogwarts Express and the book and quill of acceptance.

Events & Traditions
All the different feasts that occur at Hogwarts, Graduation, Quidditch cup, the Triwizard tournament and the Yule Ball.
